PSG defender Serge Aurier was arrested and placed in police custody following an incident outside a Paris night-club on Monday.
The Ivory Coast international was reportedly part of a group involved in a verbal altercation with police.
Aurier was held in a police station for several hours before being released.
The 23-year-old who has regularly been in trouble with his club, is
alleged to have insulted and hit a police officer one source told.
It’s the latest controversy in a turbulent year for the 23-year-old,
who was handed an internal ban by PSG for insulting coach Laurent Blanc
and his team-mates on social media.
