President Uhuru Pledges To Furnish Police With New Wave Weapons To Fight Insecurity

Armoured Personnel Carrier

It’s going to be a new day for the National Police Service, after the president pledged to furnish the unit with new cutting edge modern equipment to respond quickly and more effectively when dealing with security operations.
For the first time ever the National Police Service will acquire Armoured Personnel Carriers that will be used, especially by officers working in terror prone areas, and also to secure frontier areas of the country.
The government is not looking to stop at Armoured Personnel Carriers only, it has gone a step further to purchase a new helicopter and two other MI-17 helicopters are being refurbished to improve police ability to improve troop’s mobility and response to trouble spots.
The thought has been established how about we see it in action, then we can agree our security is headed somewhere or rather getting beefed up for real.
