sparked a lot of emotions and so has the KSh 10,000 dinner she is
attending.

While she is in Kenya, Nyong’o will be the main guest during a dinner event to raise funds for wildlife conservation in the country.
For an evening with her at the Kempinski Hotel on Thursday, July 2, 2015, you will have to part with a cool KSh 10,000 – all for a good cause.
With the news spreading fast, hashtag #Lupita has been trending and Kenyans with their sense of humour had a lot to say about the KSh 10,000 dinner.
Lupita’s visit will partner with Wild Aid an organization aiming to end the sale of ivory and wildlife artifacts, The Standard reports.

“Our country’s elephants are a critical piece of the heart of Kenya and we need to take action now to save their population from the threats that continue to endanger their existence,” Nyong’o said.
